So basically, i found a guy that wants to have sex with me(specifically he wants to bottom for me)We both agreed to get a STD test so we would have a result to show each other when we meet(trying to be safe about this).

I wanted to be discreet about this due to not having been able to move out yet,so i did it when my parents weren't home. I had to withdraw 20 from my bank account to pay for the test, but i figured if my mom asked me about that i would say i was out with friends or something

While waiting for the bus, some random lady came to me asking to borrow money for her daughters brain tumor surgery. I tried my best to tell her that while im sorry that happened to her family, i can't really be lending money to strangers.

Lady would not take no for a answer,and wore me down to the point where i decided i would withdraw some money from my bank account for her. When i was at the atm however,she decided to take control and withdraw 400 from my account. So now i might have to explain to my mom why i withdrew 400$(I keep saying my kom,because my dad is generally pretty chill about things. She isn't)

tldr i was trying to get STD tested discreetly and the world may have screwed that up,along wih my sex life plans

She seemed really desperate for money. Might have been lying about the brain tumor.

And if she wasn't, it wasn't right of her to withdraw that much from your account.

Also, the ladies at the Planned parenthood(where i got the test) seemed really good at putting up with my awkwardness/nervousness. So the actual STD test process went well

Its just my luck a junkie appears right when least wanted. I've never had a encounter like this. The worst i've gotten is people asking for bus money, and one guy wanting me to buy him cigarettes

People who ask for people for money and aren't washing cars or holding signs aren't looking for help for that problem. I would just say.. i don't have money. You can tell your mother what happen without adding the STD test thing. Also we have free STD test at the county health dept. Or donate blood.... they will tell you if you have anything.
