Game Club, Sunday, Contra (NES) [Playing Now]

OK, so I'm sure you've seen threads regarding GracefulDiscension.'s movie club around, but know that the group also doubles as a game club. It was one, for just a couple of sessions, but now I plan on bringing it back.

We'll be using an NES emulator (get one here) and a ROM of the classic Contra (get it here). PM me if you want to join and need the links. Hell, PM me anyway if you want to join, and just mention your Skype name (since that's where the club is).

To let almost anyone get a chance, I'll be online almost all day from morning to night, Pacific Standard Time. So, I'll be in the group, waiting for when we have the most people, then we can start a call and rage together. If possible, I'll try to record the call too (provided someone helps me in finding something to do it with)...

D'oh! Right, about that... this time around, we're doing all ragethroughs, so please refrain from using the Contra code and savestates. Thank you.

well you can use a streaming website like tinychat or if you want you could use xfire since it has a broadcast function. I can't vouch for xfire though, since I never use the broadcast function.

It was a good but hard game. I got stage 2, once, after 50 min of dying. Need to sleep now, I'll maybe join in later when I wake up (if you're still playing).
