have you ever felt so blah

So have you ever felt some days that it's not worth waking up, because the world is just out to fuck your life up?
Have you ever felt the world is cruelly unfair, and you want no part of it?
Personally...
I mostly just go back to sleep on those days where I feel like shit.
How do you guys deal with it?

[color=#993300]It's normal to have ups and downs in life, it's scientifically proven actually. But in darkest points, it is good to talk to someone else about how the feelings are affecting you and where they are coming from. I know how it's like, recently coming out of that feeling and only coming out when I received some good news, extremely marginally good news mind you, but that is besides the point. Try to enjoy the little things and find hope in life. Things may be hard, but they always get better.

I wake up like that all the time, I guess I deal with it by taking it one step at a time. Listing in my mind the things I need to do, why I need to do them, even though they suck and they might be leading me to a path of nowhere, I just keep pushing on because the alternatives all suck much worse.

Get through the day one step at a time, talk to someone even if I don't feel like it, eat/drink/do something I like, that isn't bad for me, sleep it off.
These days are normal, but too many or if your mood is too down is never a good thing so never be afraid to talk to someone. Just know it's normal and you aren't alone.

There were several times when the world screwed my ass and I felt like I couldn't make it, but looking back on those experiences there was either another way out or I learned something from the experience. I thought to myself I wouldn't last a day in the Army, and in the blink of an eye 21 months are gone and the entire ordeal feels like a dream. I always said to myself about how things were going to get better after this, like there was this one time when we had to climb an extremely steep mountain with 40 lbs of stuff on our backs, and though it was terrible it was a huge relief to hit a flat part of the trail once in a while.
Nothing stays shitty forever. Once you reach rock bottom there's no way out but up.
