And I discovered a way to cheat at the game. Basically reset the time on the park so all processes complete instantly instead of having to wait for them to complete.

A quick search reveals this is not common knowledge.

Do I report or keep exploiting the shit out of it?

I remember doing that for the Ratchet and Clank games to get the the insomniac Museum without having to wait, worked on Fable for Money too.

Leave it as it is.

No point letting everyone know, someone might find out sometime sooner or later.

Almost every time-based offline game has that flaw.
