yeah im back but this time not on good terms as i seek help from this uncertain community,
it seems i have a self diagnosed anger issue that needs to be addressed, and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas upon how i might deal with it considering im shit at deling with my own problems

About your issue: Try to not take anything you might get angry at seriously, and enjoy everything.
Easier said then done, but hopefully it helps you.

Anywho, have you ever considered anger management? Is there any way possible to get in contact with a medical physician to schedule one?
I know people do frown upon going to see someone such as an anger management consultant, but hey, if it'll help, it'll be for the better of personal advancement in helping you reliving the stress build-up.

I used to have anger issues. Well, still do but they're much better controlled.
Find an outlet that works for you. It could be music, a sport, writing, anything. You need to find something that you can do that will let you release some of your anger/frustration/stress.
Know what to do to avoid your feelings coming to a head and getting the better of you. Learn what will set you off and what will help you to calm down. Find somebody that you can talk to so that everything isn't locked up inside.

"Xanax and a pint" true that, ease the nerves at least. As for problems with anger, steam shit out by exercising. Go to an abandoned lot and scream til your throat's raspy and your lungs bleed. Someone's pissing you off intentionally, laugh at them. Grin ear to ear until They're uncertain of themselves. If you're mad at your current living condition, have the courage (and stupidity) to punch yourself repeatedly until the face is numb. Go to town on your flesh. Then act on it whatever way seems fit. For being angry at the self, recede deep into the mind, question all. If there is anger towards a loved one or a family member, take a breath, leave their presence if need be and try to think rationally about the whole situation. If your just generally angry or irritable, do whatever you fucking feel like.
