I'm sorry to say that the only way to get rid of those are:
1. If the author made a non-censored version and uploads it to a site.
2. If a group/person decensors it, redrawing the missing parts.

Well I'm learning right now how to decensor doujins (thanks to Ryuji and f0dd3r) so when I perfect the black and white bar decensoring technique on doujins then I will start.Color doujins will be a while because that's like advanced class on decensoring.
