Live action sailor moon

In the early 90's some animation studio was smoking some bad crack, and decided to make a live action Salior Moon similar in style to the super mario brothers super show. It only had a pilot and never saw the light of day.
The intro is absolutely cheesy as shit but funny as all hell.

I need to watch the Nozoki Ana tv drama.

Then midway it becomes dark as fuck.

I still remember the Full Metal Panic Live Action Movie they were planning to make with Zac Efron as Sousuke Sagara.
