Looking for an old anime

I only remember vague details from a short clip I downloaded with Limewire in the early 2000's. A guy is taking a bath then a girl surprises him, saying "oh my you got bigger/you've grown" and blows him. At the end of the clip there's purple/pink mist from a spray/perfume bottle.
