[Manga] Toradora! - AmiEro

So I woke up today and went to my usual doujin sources, and was pleasantly surprised to find a new C76 doujin with my dear waifu Amin in it. So I jumped at it, and Nikon agreed to sacrifice some (ended up to be a lot) of his sleep for: Release #61, AmiEro, featuring sexilicious Ami-chan from Toradora! by the awesome artist ED!

All three of us admins had different tastes regarding the Toradora! girls: Jacob went crazy for Taiga, Nikon found Minori awesome, while I quickly grew to prefer Ami above the others shortly after she was introduced. I hope this doujin shows clearly enough why Ami is the Ichiban Ohime-sama.

Some translation notes may follow soon right here, but I'm just hurrying to release this right now.

ED is pretty good with his storylines (you can find our other translation of his work here), and I liked how he took the gym storage room scene (it did remind me strongly of a similar gym storage room scene in Clannad) and turned it into what I had hoped for in vain to happen in the series. I particularly liked a couple of the middle pages in this doujin, and there's always a lot more effort involved into translating lines I particularly like so that it moves others just as it moved me.

Ami is my favorite character in Tora-Dora too, the anime adaptation is very cute too. Especially the part where she face get really close to Ryuuji. Ahhhh...but can't help but sad at the same time of all the parts that didn't make it too the anime from the novels.

One of the biggest reasons is because this is a pre-Comiket release. A spur-the-moment decision.

Oh Ami-chan! The most interesting, and tragic, character of Toradora. If only she'd been the main character (or had a more prominent role).
