errr normally its not wise to open links from unknown sources lol.
Its known as an msn bug/virus around here since the actual user is offline and a bot is using that account to spam links

Reminds me of a fake chat popup thing i saw a while ago. it said something like; i see you live near me, you should come over and we can chill by the pool. what made it funny, there was a wicked storm happening at the time. >20mph wind and pouring rain.

Look. Obviously someone has gotten hold of your MSN/Live account and is messaging you to advertise their pills/porn site. It's not a virus. Block the person, and be done with it.

Try flaming the hell out of that bot, to see what it answers. If it flames you, it's a person. If it's a bot, it will not compute.
