I'm not sure what you mean by "this kind of doujin", but if you mean straight shota with the Pokemon women, I can assure you that it's popular amongst more people than just Asians. 4chan's /v/ goes crazy over any of the Pokemon girls though you wouldn't be able to post hentai there, especially straight shota, unless you want to risk being banned.
