After Sunday my mission(s) for this week will have been complete but there is one problem. Because I totally fucked up my sleeping habits these last two weeks and have instead of waking up at 5pm and going to bed at 10am. I am waking up at 4-5am and going to to bed at 7-9pm. I will not stand for this any longer as everything cool on the internet happens after 7pm.
So what I am asking is... What are your sleeping habits and what do you do to fix them after messing them up so bad.

i go to sleep in the morning round 6 and wake up round 5pm =w= to fix it i think its good to go sleep sooner and try to wake up soorner =w= idk

Lately, it's been fall asleep from 6am-4pm, stay up till 6 again, complain about my sleeping habits, do nothing to fix them.

sleeps 3am then wakes up at 6am(cuz my mom wants me to do something) sleeps again after what i did.. then wake up at 8am (just to cook breakfast) mostly i can sleep peacefully when their all gone usually at the afternoon XD (i love afternoon)

Well, I usually stay up for a shit load of time. BUT WHEN I FUCK MY SHIT UP[Going to sleep at like 12 A.M.] I JUST STAY AWAKE 'TILL 8 A.M. FOLLOWED BY SLEEP. IT'S FUN.

I hit the sack mostly at 3am or 12am. When I sleep at 3am, I wake up at 11am. Going to bed at midnight... I wake up at 7am, a bit earlier actually.
If I want to fix my sleeping schedule, I just go to bed at the same time I would normally, disregarding actual drowsiness levels.

I usually sleep from the morning till the afternoon somewhere around 4-5pm,then stay up the whole night and the process repeats itself

I went to bed at about 7am this morning and got up at about 5pm. It's not a habit or a pattern, though; it's just totally random. After a number of days I start waking up in the morning and falling asleep at night - as Sindalf says, this is not good - but then something usually tips that on its head after a while.

I have school from 7AM to 3PM, then I go to the Library to study until 6PM. After having dinner I'm usually exhausted and doesn't stay too long on the MacBook.
So yeah, I maintain a regular sleeping pattern from 10PM~6AM without much thought in mind. It just happens.

I sleep at 10pm wake up 2am, then sleep again at 10am wake up at 2pm...thats mostly my pattern XD...but sometimes it just totally random if im really sleepy, i can sleep the whole day, and i can not sleep for a few days...I fix my sleeping habit by not sleeping the whole day, and sleep at the time im supposed to and wake up at the right time, maybe 3-4 days of this and i can wake up wthout the alarm clock XD

go to sleep at your "normal time" which is 10am then instead of sleeping the full 8 hours, sleep for 3 hours instead(use an alarm clock) just so you have shut eye then at night go to sleep at your desired time (if it helps take some nyquil an hour before you go to bed or run a couple miles so you tire yourself out)

if i mess it up i just force myself to stay awake till my normal sleeping time comes around again, then i fall asleep.

My old schedule (for the break anyway) was sleeping at 5-7 in the morning and waking up at 3-7 in the afternoon/night. All that happened was that eventually I became super tired and didn't stay up as long.
I ended up sleeping at 7 at night on some random day of the break because I was so tired and I woke up at 8 in the morning. Guess you could say it was a start to fixing my habit? Dunno. It was all natural to me.
