So, I'm thinking about moving apartments

I have emergency money for just such an occasion (2450 dollars, leftover from the part-time jobs I took back in high school and the start of college)

The reason is because there are a lot of breaches of landlord/tenant law going on, such as failing to give 24 hours notice prior to entry, invasion of privacy, and losing a month's worth of rent and expecting ME to come up with the money... not that I did, I quickly turned that one right back at them.

These things keep happening, like today, the maintenance person just entered my house without any forewarning, and I was in the middle of rubbing one out, so I was fairly pissed.

I don't think we're going to solve these problems with management quickly, but after 2+ years of dealing with this shit, I'm getting really, really tired of it.

So, what do you guys think, should I move? Or should I stay and try to raise some hell for them?

I changed the lock on mine (it was old. Rattled a lot and got stuck sometimes). Don't think my landlord even noticed.

Keep fapping when he enters and look him in the eyes and keep going.

Raise hell and if that doesn't work, get the hell out of dodge.

I would never put up with that kind of shit for 2 whole years... I say raise hell AND move out.

Press charges for the laws they've broken that affected you, and find a new apartment ASAP in the meanwhile.
