Pages 108 and 198 were corrupt from the downloaded zip file.I've had some reports that the zips were corrupt, but I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong. One downloader said that the mediafire version has some corrupt pages, but the megaupload version is fine, but I'm pretty sure it's the exact same zip file that I uploaded to both locations. Both 109 and 198 seem to be normal in the zip file on my hard drive. If anybody else can confirm or deny the zip problems, let me know and I'll update the links if necessary.
