Name one term that describes part of your job that just by telling people what you do would not come to mind

Example:

I'm a Bagger for a Grocery Store, you would not think the term Bio Hazard Containment would be part of my job description, yet it is.

I don't think I really have a job description.
My job is just to do what management tells me needs to get done.
But they did give us this list of "Expectations for employees" at some point.
It had things on it like, "Treat your co-workers and customers with respect and dignity."
Just hilarious.
