Not naming a hentai with guro. That's not weird or freaky, just disturbing.

Thinking about something that was unique and weird, I'd have to think about it but this one comes to mind:

A guy in his apartment. Some space ball comes through his window and there's a human-form alien couple in it. Basically he has sex with the alien wife because she can't stand earth's gravity.

Or the one with Obama, Hillary Clinto, a Maid and Taro Aso, the Prime Minister of Japan.

If guro and pig bestiality does not count, probably Type 90 stuff weird in a good way though.
