Trying to find a funny doujin from quite a while back

The doujin that I am looking for is effectively a parody of Doraemon without any of its characters. The main character is female rather than male and the time travelling robot/animal is a dog rather than a cat. And finally, the important bit that makes it memorable, he has a 4D penis/foreskin/balls rather than a 4D pocket.
I haven't this comic in years and, for the life of me, can't remember the name. I have been looking for it routinely, on and off, for about a year.
Any ideas?
