I remember reading this one weird hentai comic/manga where this alien dude and his gf were at a bar and they met this one hot alien chick, then they brought her home. They had sex and the girl they found at the bar killed the guy and ripped of his penis, and then used it as a dildo on the other chick. Holy...I got to agree with you on that, I actually read ALL THREE of those awhile back out of being curious, can't really say a mega-slutified Mugi-chan who craps on people's faces was exactly a turn on, but it was one of the more out there K-ON stuff I've seen (not as out there as the brutal Torture Dungeon for it though, *shudders*).

As for me, everything by Mokusei Zaijuu and anything under Edentai like the whole Melancholy Princess series fits right under the WTF category. All their stuff doesn't have quite the happy or settling endings from what I've seen.

EDIT: Septin, the one you're referring to is Sproingy Dick by Taropun. I thought that was the weirdest doujin ever to come out myself, but then again, Taropun has a knack for making his works both weird and fappable at the same time.
