When you pray to God ?!

i want to know you pray to God ?
every day, once a week, or you pray to god if you just in trouble ?!

i ray to god every day minimal 5 time's a day ?!

Every night before I go to sleep.

Uh... never, since I'm a Atheist. I'll be good and leave it at that.

All the time, for the most selfish things possible, that i might strike lottery, to be materially satisfied without much work, to be spiritually satisfied without much work, that i would not need to suffer after death, go to heaven, angels don satin dresses, imma assume there would be hot female ones there too.

Whenever I can. My grandmother said before she died it's better to pray than not to pray at all.

Also it depends in what God you believe in no matter what culture.

When I was a kid I pray once in a while.

I don't do it now.

Though, I maybe doing it unconsciously when I'm in trouble, whether that is directed to God or nothing.

This, but sometimes if I really want something to go well, I look up to the sky and say..

Dear God,
I know I don't talk to you often.. and you're probably not real, but if you are could you ______________. Thanks so much! Sorry I don't believe in you!

My work got me to see a lot of catholic services and prayers and I can tell you one thing:
THANK GOD I'M AN ATHEIST.


I never pray and never intend to. Somehow I get this feeling that any form of religional faith is for sissies.

I thought this was Serious Discussion? This barely qualifies. Not to mention if you want to start a topic in SD, I would suggest a grammar/spell check.

As for praying, I don't do it. Am I an Atheist? Not really. I do not say that there is no chance of a deity. But I highly doubt it's the ones that are portrayed in religion these days.

You can pray to God anytime you want and as much as you want. I pray when I want to.

A devil never pray to God for i am also one of same level as God.

Are we really praying to God, or are we praying to ourselves? That's what I want to know. I used to be Christian and pray daily... now I wonder if it possible that prayer is just a form of self meditation disguised into religion, to offer consolation or guidance. Maybe no one is listening, maybe we are answering ourselves subconsciously or emotionally. Maybe God is just a part of our brain....
