This is too easy. The Mitarashi Club, obviously for Akiko Minase. The anime shows that she's a kind, caring mother. The doujins show just how beautiful she is underneath her clothes and how great she is in bed :)

I actually like Tsuya Tsuya's art style too, I imagine most people aren't into the old-school look.
Also haven't seen any fucked up scenarios in his comics, so far, which is a major plus.
edit- I guess there are some messed up stories, not really my thing so I don't plan on checking those out.

Shunjyo Shusuke also has some great comics with fine mature women, another favorite.

Whoever is responsible for the character design in "Consenting Adultery". The art is perfect for MILF, but is a little off when applied to younger women (I lol'ed a bit when I watched Boobalicious)



Honorable Mentions
Juan Gotoh - Lots of shota x mother sex, but the character design of mothers really isn't any different than that of older sisters.

Fukudahda - Lots of older women sex, but they look more college age than mother age, even if the dialogue suggests they're older.

Uh well I can't really think of any great MILF doujin artists atm besides "Mitarashi Club", so I guess I will just go with them for now.

I can't believe no one has mentioned tange suzuki, the women are more shapely than other artists yet less filled out than hyji. Also the mostly incest mom/son scenarios are great.
