Not FULLY familiar with the term NEET but my advice is well what I'm trying to do to get out of Toys r Us...
Try looking for a job but if that doesn't come out too well try an online business. Start College online. Find some one to help you out of that rut personally (but don't rely on them... I have no money for this reason...)
