You give rep, or take it away based on what you think of that person. Wheather it be they did a good/bad topic, or you just find them funny. They are your points to do whatever you wish with. But you only have one point a day. And to give them rep hit the + image in the posters av box (its at the bottome says rep: + # -) same as for giveing - rep.^this
