Yeah, it's not easy. And the past 6 seasons of anime, most are WAY TOO ADULT ORIENTED for her. I wonder if my cousin could explain to her that she might like Card Captor. Sailor Moon I can understand, because as a kid I didn't like it, but then again I am a guy.

K-On! would be perfect. All she has to do is able to relate the characters and the situation and it'll be perfect.

Well, I used to play Guitar around her a lot, and if anything that was why I watched K-On!. She might be a bit young to understand a little over half of the humor, but I'm sure she'll enjoy it, she's pretty damn smart.

Damn. I didn't know that. K-On! would still be safe idea to bank on with an anime but there will be stuff she obviously won't get.

Have you watched Beck? It's a great anime about guitarists. And they are actually good at playing.
