Any possible way to digitally download them if we buy them instead of having them physically shipped? Most stuff I go full digital now rather then hard copies due to unfortunate circumstances involving a game system and a pet.

I don't think jacob could because downloadable content would need permission from the companies unlike physical items which anyone can sell if they bought them and not bootlegged them. I can buy 20 copies of school days and resell or even the books. Hell i might get a discount on bulk.
but if you look at the vn section it does state 'physical' so there might be a time where he can sell digital.

I see the logic behind it, I just think if they released a digital option like they do with the books, they would make a lot more sales AND happy customers.

They don't own the rights to sell digital copies of the VNs.
They're only selling the physical copies they have in stock.

Welp, that bites but it is what it is, even though i'd be willing to pay more than the physical copy price for a digital one if need be :P

Basically, if you want digital versions, the publishers themselves (JAST mentioned in this case, but also MangaGamer for some of them) are selling them on their own sites.
