Why is TSF Monogatari by ShindoL not on Fakku?

All Sequels (Append 1.0 - 5.0) are on Fakku, but Monogatari itself is not.
Anyone know why that is?
(and yes part of the question is, that I would buy the paperback in a hearthbeat)

Well it simple. We don't have the license for that publisher and those doujins aren't fakkus. They're ENSHODO books which sells on our store.

I have been in discussions with the publisher about this book and there are some complications. But do know that we are trying.
