Something that's fine once in a while, but too much of it is bad for you.


pfffffffffffffffffffffft. I bet she'd say something like "if you enjoy it that much - go ahead, but if you feel insecure about it, then..." and brainfuck inssues.


It's all about feelings. Depression starts when you feel something and express it, but nothing changes or something even worse happens. So you stop trying to express your feelings and you end up feeling like you don't matter. You have to be able to express your true feelings to at least someone who won't just dismiss them. So that your feelings are real. That's what psychiatrists are for.


So what you're saying is that psychiatrists are like professional friends.
What nacho said about insulting and getting mad didn't ring anything else to you?
Or maybe you just described your personal reason


...Friends aren't just your personal suck-ups. You're supposed to share *all* your feelings with them. Good and the bad. That's what makes it real. And without further context regarding Nacho's sessions, I can't be sure what to make of it.

Lots of people make fun but the truth is, pretty much everyone no matter how stable could benefit from a good chat with a professional every now and then.

It's pretty easy to ignore everyday stresses. They still add up, though.

A university one, here in the States (back in LA, by the way).

EDIT: Oh, and forget different principles. I don't think we even have proper psychiatrists in Bangladesh. That gives us the false belief that we're perfectly normal.
