While observing all of these girls throughout the series she caught my eye right at the beginning and without a doubt I knew she was my #1. She is shy but strong willed and loved seeing her get bolder and bolder.

I already mentioned the eyepatch right? Thats important, lets see what else, she is of course an amazing fighter as any bad ass would have to be. I would never want to piss her off thats for sure. But as long as Im on her good side she would be extremely fun to tease. Have you seen how shy and girlish she gets around the person she is in love with? Its almost too awesome. Ruthless killer and girly girl all in one package. Sounds like a great deal.

I've always liked robot girls in general.

Chachamaru's journey from simple machine to her discovery of the humanity hidden within her has always been a one that after all this years i never gotten bored off, i've lost count on how many occasions that i've went back to the series after recalling fond memories of it. She truly deserves her spot as the queen of the robot girls in my list.

You got a soul Chachamaru, and it's a beautiful one.
