Yet another bit of the anime adaption. Although the latest parts have gone quite a bit off the VN story, sometimes disappointingly so.

I think the only time I have really seen the harem ending as the best possible way for the story to end was Koihime Musou. It rarely works in most cases, though, often just feeling like it's been added because you just have to have one. I was impressed by the unconventional way to get to the harem route in Imouto Paradise, though.

Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry was a nice change in that regard. It may have looked like your typical harem a first, especially when the sister showed up, but then quickly made it very clear that no matter what any other girl may want, there's only one for the MC.

If it's clear from the beginning that the sister is the only real choice, it works as well.
