What spices did you use?
Simple ones you can buy at dollar tree - paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar (most of what gave the broth its color because I dumped probably a third of the box in), and other random spices from the dollar tree multi-spice container (has 12 different spices).
It was a delicious combo because I only used a little bit of each spice, and a shit ton of brown sugar lol.
In short, I like sweet things.
Dollar tree is a lifesaver. I live right across the street from one, and I can't believe all the decent quality stuff I can get there for cheap. When I recently moved out on my own, I went in there to buy a bunch of stuff for my place, and I only ended up spending $20, yet I had a bag full of stuff.
Anyways, back to the topic at hand, I like to season my food, but I find limiting my self to a few choice spices helps the flavour not be so complex.
This is my crazy creation, I took 2 thin pieces of pork, seasoned them with club house herb & spice, and some garlic powder, then I fried them up, threw them on some bread topped with singles, and sauteed red peppers and onions, then I drizzled mayo and sriracha sauce over it.
