I happen to use the same quote on two different occasions and that makes it "constant?" At least wait until I've used it five times for it to be constant.
You didn't nor did you need to say we need to understand the reasoning because you clearly said that their violence is how they're speaking out
I clearly did because you jumped to conclusions about what I meant. I know I don't do a good job about explaining myself. That's a fair criticism.
What I don't appreciate is when you make assumptions about what my positions are. If you want me to elaborate further, then ffs just ask.
If you said protestors I would understand.
But no, it's rioters, and the quote said it, you said it. There is
0 confusion about what you meant.
These rioters were not voiceless.
The Rioters message was loud and clear. No one said that it was senseless. (Just entitled)
And just saying, "Hey I'm not justifying shitty people rioting, but here's a quote that rationalizes it" while continuously ignoring that quote
can't apply to the rioters, makes me think that you're really..really trying to find a way to say they're not deserving of the scrutiny they're getting. Otherwise you wouldn't have replied with it to a post doing that.
If that genuinely isn't the case you're just repeating, "but there's a reason for things". And then what's the point of that? To state something that's universally known? Bravo. 10/10, extremely insightful.
If you had a reason that beyond rationalizing it, you would've/should've said it a while ago. Go on say it though.
Give me your perspective that was overlooked among the premeditated assaults.
