Sexy artwork, but there is more to being a avatar then that.
My current avatar has everything going for it. Its a picture of my very first waifu. Its sexy without being too over the top. The setting is in a artists studio and it looks like she is going to model for someone to draw her. This really resonates with my own creative sensibilities. Last but not least its of a good size to fit in the avatar frame. Can you give me something that can compete with that?

Though, tbh, if I saw online reading like a small article or something about how someone bought a house online I'd be mad at the person who bought the house because that would be stupid buying online and not seeing it in person.
i would say have a few houses/flat lined up then take a trip down and view them.
if you go down to view one and don't like it, it will be waste of time and money, but going down to view about 5 or 6 means there is more of a chance you will atleast like one
