Saw this in my notifications. Thought it was a doujin.
It's the game.
With Valve behaving like a Catholic priest couldn't be a paedophile over sexual content everyone probably saw this coming. This happens despite the store having a tag called "Sexual Content", a disclaimer to access adult games, and nudity and sex scenes not being allowed to be sold on the store and have to be patched in externally.
One source claims the so-called victory. I don't understand why they can't instead just educate kids on what sex is and teach them a basic moral compass since apparently the motivation is trying to cut down on sexual assaults which inherently isn't a bad thing. But what bothers me is that even games that aren't sexually violent and feature consensual sex - or implications of it - are being scrutinised. I guess it's easier to waste two years pressuring a company to ban sexual content and blame them for corrupting the youth than it is to sit down and talk with youths and educate them. Something more productive. But instead I enjoy Nekopara so time to rape a cat I guess.
