A problem about buying Fakku's books, help me pls

Excuse me, I wanna buy Meme50's "Heat Alert", but I am not in America (I am in Taiwan) so I found a purchasing agent. I gave her the money she asked.
This morning, she told me that Fakku asked her to sub monthly magazines or she can't buy books.
Does Fakku really ask customers to sub magazines to get the qualification to buy books?
Or did she do something wrong?

Im 99.9% sure that isn't a requirement but by this thread, You might not be able to buy it from fakku because of a japanese licensing agreement. Maybe the staff member here said subscribing might be an alternative since they can't send it to Taiwan. Also this might be the reason. Pm Jacob for more info. https://www.fakku.net/users/jacob

At step 3 you would normally enter the address and then countinue to the shipping options step.
However based on the links AnimeFreak listed it doesn't look like FAKKU ships to Taiwan.
You have to have the purchasing agent ship the book someone in America or in a county FAKKU ships to and then they would have to forward it to you as a personal package.
However I am not sure if your purchasing agent will allow that.
You need to find some sort of forwarding company which buys good in America and then ships them to you in Taiwan since FAKKU can't ship to Taiwan
However you could try looking on j-list, United publications, and RightStuf, they carry all FAKKU books, however Heat Alert just starting shipping out their pre-orders so it might take some time for the full inventory to be delivered to the retailers.

I really wanna buy this "uncensored" version Heat Alert. And Oda Non's Non virgin "uncensored" version which is going to be released in March next year.
The truth that Fakku can't ship books to Taiwan straightly is that Taiwan is in Asia, and Asia is WANI's "territory".
I don't blame on Fakku now since I know that the true sin is selfish WANI itself and Japanese law which asked censore adult books.

but she was asked to sub after entering email and password.
She saw this.
She is afraid that her account will pay for 12 USD every month.
I remember that users can pass this page after finishing previous page which requires email and entering password right?
