Adult Drawing Workshop
0
How many of you would be interested in a adult drawing workshop? It would be over a weekend. Saturday and Sunday. Sometime in the future. We would have a girl model nude and doing erotic solo stuff. About 16 hours of drawing(or painting). I'd go over warming up, posing, lighting, life drawing demos; short studies, medium length poses. I could also do a quick paint demo if any of you are interested. You could watch the demos and draw or just park your asses and draw.

My idea was to organize a live event. To get some life drawing experience and get away from just using photographic reference.
The setup would be 1 or 2 day event, for the weekend, so people can migrate. Each day would be about 8 hours of model time. I'd line up some starlets that i know so we can have them pose "erotic" poses, like something you would see on a solo girl photo shoot.
People can draw, or if you're interested, I could do workshop lectures and anyone who wants to learn can crowd around, and I'll do my best to get everything explained and demonstrated.
Topics I'll be going through.
1. Gestures and Warm-ups
2. Blocking in the body
3. Posing a model, setting up lights.
4. Portrait basics
5. Anatomy landmarks.
6. How much time to spend on a drawing given time of pose.
During the longer poses
1. Foreshoretening
2. Light and Shadow.
If there is a request and we can acommodate it by having a second model for a long pose.
1. Oil painting or digital painting in color.

It will be in the San Francisco Bay Area. I can find cheaper locals and I know a good amount of the models.

The weekend would be sometime in the next couple of months. I want people to be able to have time to plan for the trip. Especially those who are farther away.
We can schedule it around local conventions, so that there would be more reason to come out and get your money's worth for the trip out and have the workshop be a on thursday/friday, friday/sunday or sunday/monday or friday/monday.

There are other non anime or comic events going around

We will have to collect a fee to cover the model and facility use.
Also if anyone needs supplies I can put a package together so you dont have to drag stuff here.

I'm kinda looking for someone to make some fake nude stuff, for a gag-gift for a friend. Anyone know anyone who's good at it?

You guys will draw for that long of a time? It's not really for me since drawing for pictures is enough. Basically I don't have that much stamina for 16 hour workshop.

Hmmm, better prepare some stomatch medicine, energy drinks, and doing stretching more often when it comes to this. Anyway I don't live in US so I couldn't come, sorry.
