[Locked] Android 4.0

Anyone hear anything about when 4.0 is going to drop for the phones not listed on the official statement? Gingerbread is nice, but as a nerd I feel obligated to get Ice Cream Sandwich the instant I can. Incidently I own a motorolla photon 4G and it's specs can run 4.0 no problem.

Noone even knows when the official support will occur, how would they know when unofficial or third-party roms will appear? You'd probably be able to help yourself a lot better if you joined a rom community and helped their development along.

Only newer phones like the nexus will have ICS. Other phones will not.

After doing some reading on Motorola's website it seems that they're trying to get it for recent phones that can handle it, the photon is on the "hopeful" list and as of yet they've been good negotiating with Google for releases. I'm confident that I'll get it sooner or later, if not I'll just root it and get it anyway.

The razr may have it.

According to Google's public statements, it definitely will. Other Motorola phones are announced, the only one I'm concerned with is the Photon though.
