Hey there guys! I hope you don't mind reading an overly angry rant.
To start off, I was reading some hentai which was obviously marketed towards girls. This means it would be stimulating to girls, right? And not necessarily boys.
So, as I was reading it, my guy friend (let's call him Bob) looked over to see what I was doing. He became very curious and asked me what hentai I was reading, to which I answered. And guess what? He actually got offended. God knows why! Bob started saying stuff like ''it's disgusting for the man to be the main point of view'' and ''it should only be the girl who's in each panel''.
Um..huh? I didn't even ask him to read it and he expects me (A GIRL) to read hentai directed at men! Just because he reads stuff like that doesn't mean it's compulsery for me to as well!
(Sorry if I offend anyone by the way.)I'm just really annoyed that he thinks every human on the planet just HAS to be attracted towards women. Well i'm not! I don't think i've ever seen a hentai like that. i've seen ones sort of narated from the female characters perspective, but the art was still always geared toward male readers.
