Having Tamales for Christmas too. They are so hard to make though. It is tedious and long work.[font=Verdana][color=green]What types are you making, or are you making a variety?

I'm probably making my tears-of-joy-inducing alfredo sauce. If I don't get lazy, that is. XD
Edit: oh hey, 666th post. Lovely.

Then homemade Japanese food if I go visit relatives on New Years.

There is only one type of Tamales: Beef with the red sauce wrapped in a banana leaf or corn husk... depends on the masa and what texture your going for.

I made different varieties of refreshing drinks on Christmas.
Now I'm going to cook a delicious Crab and Corn Soup with egg for New Years.
