Thanks for the links! and I use a bamboo tablet~Make sure you do hand stretches if you do a lot of digital painting. Because of the limited space on a Bamboo tablet you often rely on wrist movements to do most of the drawing. It can cause strain on the hand if you do enough digital painting. On a larger tablet say an Intuos you have more freedom to use your Elbow and Shoulder so it releases a lot of the stress.

Just shaking out your hands a bit before you start and after you end is generally enough.
