[Art Battle] tooge3 vs lastmousestanding

Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen! In the blue corner, we have the veteran Gee! Despite his recent loss to BlackCat, he is still burning with passion and out to regain his honour. In the red corner we have the challenger, LastMouseStanding! Despite his inexperience, he is keen to pit his skills against others and improve the Darwinian way - via confrontation! BUT! Will Gee prove too formidable an opponent for the little mouse, or will mouse live up to his name, and become the Last Mouse Standing?!?

Yeah, so I (potentially foolishly) challenged Gee to an art battle over skype, and after an intensive trash-talking session, I set the date, Gee set the medium and Sekai Natsume (I think is his Fakku name - has a different Skype name...) set the theme.

voting system to be written up later. Also, Gee, There were like 400 skype posts in the chat since we finalised the conditions and I couldnt be bothered to trudge through them all to locate our conversation, so this is from memory - please tell me if I got anything wrong or I missed something..

And despite my rather pitiful picture shown as previous work, I am actually going to take this seriously and not as a joke..

Hmm, its proving quite difficult to come up with a basic model/concept for this theme...

But after spending last night waging psychoLOGICal warfare against Gee, I may have got something...

I kind of feel this scenario is reminiscent of a shonen manga.

I mean we have Gee, who is the protagonist, who isn’t perfect, but is working hard, and despite his last defeat, is still challenging others. He’s built up a solid portfolio and is moving up.

Then we have me, who seems to be the comic relief villain, who hasn’t really touched a pencil (to draw) since 3 years ago at the beginning of high school and hasn’t ever been good at drawing, and decides to challenge Gee anyway.

I asked and Gee agreed, so I have an extension of the deadlne of my artwork, due to real life issues...

Well, she looked a bit muscular indeed.

Can't exactly have a flimpsy girl waving that huge sound sword. Need at least some kind of meat in there. :3

err, I finished my work (Gee has the win by the looks of it), but have no way to upload it. I left my scanner in England and I could take a photo of it, but I left the transfer card reader thing so I cant get them on my computer...

Ill try and sort something out...
