What are your thoughts and picks on the UFC fights tomorrow.Johnson vs. Dodson
both are 5'3
both are 125
Johnson is very quick and agile, which allows him to put in a little more damage and escape.
Dodson is strong and his strikes are dangerous.
However, I'm going with Johnson.
Jackson vs Teixeira
6'1 6'2
205 205
Because of his record and overall striking or slamming ability I'm going with jackson, but I won't be surprised if Teixeira defeats the obnoxious Jackson.
Pettis vs Cerrone
5'10 6'0
155 155
I'm going with Cerrone because of his submissions and striking, which has led to a few of his wins.

Superbowl picks for this Sunday?
Rooting for SF, since California team. I don't really care either way though.

I'm also going with SF because of Kaepernicks abilities and their excellent defense with the best linebacking corps in the NFL. However, the only thing that may concern me would be SF's ability to contain the Ravens' wide receivers such as Tory Smith who destroyed Champ Bailey, a well known future hall of famer corner back.

[color=#2e1a6b]3 questions:
Are eggs a sufficient source of protein, or should I invest in some shakes (maybe both)?
When (relative to the workout time) should I eat Protein?
I mostly just care about my muscle's appearance right now; Should I do low-reps high-weight, or high-weight low-reps?

Eggs are excellent sources of protein and you can eat them cooked or raw. It's up to you, but I suggest eating chicken, fruit, and vegetables to replace protein shakes. I was taught to only use shakes if you can't have a meal post workout or if you want to quickly gain mass or strength.
You should take in some form of protein before and after your workout.
If you want muscle definition then you need to do cardio(30-60minutes), but on separate days from your lifting. Exercises such as pushups, incline bench press, variety of dumbbell workouts are excellent workouts that build muscle definition. Watch your diet, reduce fat intake, no soda, and have a balanced diet. Yes, more reps with a low and medium weights are another way to build muscle definition since you are not as concerned with being stronger or gaining mass.

What do you mean exhausting her? You can't force her to lose weight since it's her body and it's up to her if she wants to lose weight. However, I do suggest you tell your sister to watch her calories, eat healthier, drink more water, and exercise for at least 30 minutes(mostly cardio and some lifting).
Edit: Eat in moderation and not excess.
