A big dream of mine would be to go backpacking. just to cruise around Japan or maybe malaysia. See the sights and experience a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Im slowly putting aside money so I may one day achieve this.

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Take a gander at what sub-forum we're in. Smartass.
In any case, I used to work at what was basically a Denny's in a little snow resort town called Hyak in Washington state. We'd get backpackers all the time, and it was quite fun talking to them about where they've been. Hope you get it done, sounds like something cool.

A few of my friends want to go in a group and do it, so it should be fun!

Traveling, backpacking, hiking are all very fun, but you don't have to leave the country to visit some beautiful places. When I was young, 10 years old, my dad and I went up Angels Pass in Zion. And We hiked around mono lake and fished up in the lake above mono lake. Yosemite, Zion, Mammoth, Bishop, and hells canyon are all beautiful places to hike. I still go there now when I'm not buried under workload. But even though I love all these places, the swiss alps are definatley being saved up for
