I'm an avid cook, and have a staple of things I love to make, and so forth. This is a small collection of some of my favorite recipes, from Quick and Simple to possibly mind numbing.
Won-ton snack chips:
Difficulty: Easy
20-30 Won-ton wraps
2tbsp butter melted
4tsbs sugar
1tsp Cinnamon.
mix the Cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl, and cut the won-ton wraps into quarters and lightly brush with butter then sprinkle the Cinnamon Sugar mixture over them and bake at 300*F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Chili:
Difficulty: Easy
1 46oz can tomato juice
1 pound ground beef/chuck(which ever you prefer)
1 can corn(drained)
1 can kidney beans(drained)
3 cups fresh diced tomatoes
sriracha hot sauce
Spaghetti Noodles
Franks Red Hot sauce
Chili Powder
Brown the Ground Beef, in a separate skillet, and seasoning it with the sriracha hot sauce(to taste) and boil the noodles
In a pot combine more sriracha hot sauce, with the Franks Red Hot sauce, chili powder all to taste with the tomato juice, and start to simmer, adding in the beans, corn, and tomatoes, letting ti simmer a little while on it's own before adding in cooked beef, and pasta. bring to a boil for 5 minutes then reduce heat and let sit and simmer for 45 minutes to a hours.
Quick Corn on the cob:
Difficulty: Extremely Easy
1 plastic bag
2 tbsp water
2-3 ears of corn shucked and cleaned
put corn into plastic bag with the 2 tbsp of water and tie the bag closed, and microwave for 5 minutes. Corn will be freshly steamed and retain a great amount of flavor that can be lost by boiling.
Chocolate Covered Rum Snacks:
Difficulty Easy to medium
15-20 lady finger cookies
150-200ml rum
1 120z bag chocolate chip morsels
On a baking sheet place a layer of wax paper, and melt chocolate and pour half of it into layer onto the wax paper then place in the fridge and let set.
Once the chocolate has set, place the lady finger cookies onto it and pour rum onto the cookies, letting them soak up the rum, and then re melt the other half of the chocolate(if it has hardened) and pour over the cookies, making sure to get them good and covered. Place back in the fridge and let set. Once this is done, remove from the fridge and then proceed to let warm to room temperature before trying to remove cookies, once done trim any excess chocolate from the edges as neatly as possible and serve.
Bourbon Chase Salmon
Difficulty: Medium
1 salmon filet
350ml Kentucky bourbon whiskey(I prefer Jim Bean 7 year for this)

1 ceder grilling plank
take 300ml of the bourbon and let the salmon soak for at least 3-4 hours.
Once done soak the cedar plank for 30 minutes in cold water, and take the melted honey and remaining bourbon to make a glaze.
