Brush or Pen Tool?

What does Fakku use? I've noticed that in a lot of high res line art pics the lines are perfectly consistent in width. Are these people using pen tool or are they just pro as hell? cause I'd hate to use pen tool on something that complex.

Pretty sure people doing that kind of art use a program like photoshop/gimp and a tablet so lines would still be constant width but they have the control of a pen.

it shouldn't matter wut they may use its wut do u like and want to use ti improve.

I think it doesn't matter which ever one you like. I guess if you really want to know how the pros do it. One of the sites you can go to is Imagine FX or advanced photoshop they give out tips how to do them.
