Burn Your Fat With Me

So, I bought that japanese app "Burn You Fat With Me" and I wanted to know if anyone else did. I am overwieght, so the exercise portion was neat, but I didn't really care too much because I was already working out anyway. but I was wondering if anyone else had gotten it too?

No. I just run about 2 miles everyday. It helps that I'm the type who does not eat a lot. My BMI says I'm borderline underweight, but my build makes it obvious that I'm not.

I bought the app too. I love how you can play it in Japanese or English if you wish (iOS version). I'm playing on hard mode and currently having trouble doing 75 sit ups in 3 minutes. After I stubbornly beat this challenge I think it's time to tlower the difficulty to Normal (^^;;

did you know exercise does shit all for losing weight compared to what you eat?
and you shouldn't be doing sit ups to lose weight in the first place wtf. that's exercise to build muscle definition not lose weight. you might be thinking you're losing weight but you're not actually, and all you are doing is nothing but....well nothing.
If you actually want to lose weight get rid of carbs (breads, wheat, corn, starch, junk foods) and foods high in artificial sugars (not fruits, they're natural sugars). eat vegetables, fruits and meat, set up a diet plan and do some exercise that actually does something like running or biking or swimming.

My BMI is 30 and apparently obese yet I am not. Pinch test is a good indicator.

I should have started the game on normal difficulty instead of hard (but because I've been exercising very hard this year, I felt maybe I can handle it). Anyway, once I defeat this crazy 75 sit ups in 3 min thing, I'll lower the difficulty to normal.
I am actually doing a variation of a sit up that is easier on the back but still keeps the original intention of a sit up called a "crunch it up" from the workout book "You Are Your Own Gym". It's the same as a sit up except, you keep your arms crossed over your chest, squeeze your core together and come up until your elbows touch your thighs, and then you go back down. Maybe you can try this out and see if it sucks or not.
And by the way, I don't think doing sit ups or crunches or push ups is meaningless. It well help you build muscle, strength. Nice and healthy strong muscles require a lot of carbs to maintain. Thus, the more lean muscle mass you have, the more carbs your body will naturally eat up in order to maintain itself. In addition to that one must have a healthy diet, and avoid eating too much junk food. This will lower your carb intake. And then you'll start to get into better shape and looking better.

^He's actually right. In order for you to lose weight you should do short-burst activities that will use all of your body and lessen your carb intake. In my case, swimming gave me the best result. I used to do crunches and go to the gym everyday for 1 year. I managed to build up muscles on my shoulder and trimmed my legs but the belly won't disappear. Then I tried swimming at least two-three times a week; Been doing it for 2 years now and I've finally lost my belly. My body is not defined enough to be called muscular but I have a pretty good build now. Much better than going to the gym which feels like a chore
