Can I import Mochi's Undead Princess?

Can I import Mochi's Undead Princess into the U.S. without it being seized by customs or worse getting arrested. (if customs can do that with shipments.) I would like your guy's opinion because I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the law and the U.S. laws when it comes to loli not making the most sense (At least from what I looked up.)plus there's the fact that every girl in that series changes forms at least a few times from looking like a loli (despite being the main character's mother.)to being a normal age for a (hetai) housewife and everywhere in between.

I should also note that I'm pretty sure the youngest characters are in high school despite appearances.

I bought comic lo and bee off a yahoo auction. Depends on your state, where it's being ship from when it's come from japan, and if it's usps or fedex.

I Live in Oregon but whenever I import stuff from Japan it enters the country in California and it would be shipped by EMS which I believe is handled by USPS.



Normally I would agree with you but chapter 2's "loli" appears a few chapters later in a business suit looking to be in her late 20's early 30's and is easily identifiable as the same character by the markings on her face.
