Yeah.

first you need to know the cause before trying anyting then use alternate methots to view it

if it is not working find the source of it then do click(right) save as: name of picture

Try opening it in something like photoshop, If it is still messed up, try redownloading the CG set of find some other provider.

If the CG is not messed up when opened in photoshop, Save it as a different format as it is now.
