What is some of Fakku's favorite Chili Recipes?
Jinx's Chili Recipe:
half a bottle of Franks Red Hot Hot sauce
1 pound ground turkey browned and drained
1 46oz can of tomato juice,
3 cans chili seasoned tomatoes
1 can green chilies
4-5 diced up jalapeño peppers
4 servings worth of spaghetti noodles(Pre Boiled)
2 cans of bushes Chili Beans(hot)
1 medium yellow onion coarsely chopped
2Tb Chili Powder
Mix all in a pot and cook down for an hour on a low simmer, and serve.
I also have an atomic Chili Recipe that has made more people than I would like fall to there knees crying.

Sounds pretty good, except i'd prefer ground round over turkey, and Melindas XXXtra hot sauce over franks.

I make my own chili powder..
if you can't find cascabel use dried or can chipote, dried is better because i smoke my own.
3 ancho chiles, stemmed, seeded and sliced

2 tablespoons whole cumin seeds
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
