Chinese Cold Noodles

Because of my mediocre cooking skills, this is the best that I can probably come up with. Sorry if the instructions suck.
Ingredients:
-Ramen Noodles
-4 Eggs
-Salt
-Cilantro
-Vinegar
-Soy Sauce
-Sesame Oil
-Crushed Chili Peppers in hot oil
-Diced Garlic
-Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1. Boil water and cook the ramen noodles. Meanwhile, scramble the eggs and add a little salt for flavor and a tablespoon of water.
2. Wash and cut the cilantro to around 1 inch portions.
3. With your bowl, add 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, squirt of sesame oil, and as much diced garlic and crushed chili peppers to your liking. I prefer to add extra chili peppers. Now add the cut cilantro into the bowl and mix.
4. Once the noodles are done, wash them in cold water until they're at least room temperature or colder. Drain and put into bowl.
5. Mix the noodles and the sauce, add the eggs last on top and mix again. Enjoy.
Note: Since heat affects the flavor of cilantro, it's best the eggs last since they'll still be warm.

I also add them in three parts with 10-15 second intervals. After you're done cooking them, you should wash them over and drain all the water asap. I think using good quality ramen also helps.

I think washing in cold water is unnecessary, it make noodle become stickyYou should wash the noodles, because washing gets rid of the extra gluten that makes the noodles stick together. Not washing makes it sticky.
