Choco hot-o-pot

Now I am not sure if something like this has been posted before (my search didn't give any conclusive answer), and this is my original recipe, so probably not.
This is an easy, fast and delicious recipe for some delicious molten chocolate cupcakes made in a cup.
warning: these will make you gain weight.
Time required: 20-30 minutes.
Enough for 4 cups.
Ingredients:
4 eggs.
1½ decilitres of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
200 grams of butter
200 grams of chocolate (dark!)
How to make them:
Melt the butter and mix it with chocolate in one bowl so both things melt completely.
In another bowl you beat the eggs and sugar together till it's a nice lean mass.
Add flour to the egg/sugar mass and beat it together to make a nice lean mass again.
Then take the melted butter/chocolate mixture and mix well into the other bowl.
Pour the entire thing into regular coffee mugs (picture below) that can withstand being in the oven, fill the cups about 3/4 - 4/5 up.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200C. (approx. 390F)

Mmmmm, looks incredibly tasty! A tad messy, but mug brownies are meant to be. And yes! dark chocolate! One of my housemates used milk chocolate in theirs - the horror D: (that was a basic microwave recipe).
Im not sure how chocolatey this recipe is (gonna try it out when I get back to England, but a potential improvement is to add a teaspoon or two of nutella and give it a richer flavour.

1½ decilitres of sugarYou wouldnt happen to be danish or norweigan, would you? Never seen anyone out of Scandinavia commonly use decilitres :P

I am indeed Danish :) apologies for the measurements, but I do hope that you end up liking it, it is one of my favourite recipies for a quick delicious dessert :)
But yes, they ended up a bit messy there, mostly because I accidentally spilled some on the sides when filling it up ^^

Ahh hot chocolate.
You serve it with bread, yes?
I remember having this one while crossing time Zones. And yes, I drank a lot.

Can this be made with milk or white chocolate?
I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, but i still want to try this out

Yeah it could, but I wouldn't recommend it, as it would be VERY sweet. In that case I would add a little less sugar.

What about Whipped cream on it? That mug makes it look like some really thick hot chocolate, not to mention some epic hot chocolate too. It sounds delicious, I'll have to give it a shot next time I'm doing some actual cooking for dinner for the roomies and feel like making some dessert. Any idea how many calories are in them? I only ask because I know the roommate will too.

Erm, probably around a million. Seriously if you worry about calories then this is not for you :X
But I suppose some whipped cream to top it off would be nice, but yeah, these are liquidy in the center and then a soft spongy cake in the sides (if it's not liquid in the center then you've baked it too much, I usually check it after a good 10 minutes)
