Cloudkicker (Ben Sharp)

With the recent release of his 7th full-length album (6th, if you don't count Loop as one), I thought it was high time this guy got his own thread here. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you... Cloudkicker.



... yeah, that's really all you'll get on the guy without listening to any of his works. The best way to describe everything he does is "ambient", "rock", and "progressive". Here's a track from each of his releases.

















He also does some music by the name "BM Sharp". These are more mellow, but still retain that ambience and atmosphere that make him who he is.

I actually remember you posting one of his songs on the old rate the song above you thread, overall pretty damn good stuff here, not totally feeling the ambient label though, but I can kind of see where you're coming from.

The man is brillant, my liking for his stuff as Cloud has risen.
Still haven't got a chance to listen his new album entirely but so far it sound so mind blowing.

That man is awesome and everyone should give a try to his music. The new album is amazing.

"Explore, be curious" would have to be my favourite.
Makes me feel like waking up at 6AM, make toast, and run over to a friend's house.
It's like a calm, bright future. Just my interpretation. Fantastic stuff.
